impossible write license information the registry

I installed a program call Frameforge3d Version 2. I succesfully ran the program in windows xp.
When I try to launch the progam I get the following message.
Warning ! Impossible to write license information in the registry !
The program will not run.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem?
